Our retail store is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m on Sunday. Our mail order operation is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. All times listed are Eastern Standard Time (EST).
We will accept returns on any merchandise that does not meet your approval within 14 days after purchase. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. All return items must be in new condition with all accessories, and in the original carton. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
We prefer you order online through our secure server with a credit card. You can also order by phone, fax, or mail. We accept American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal as form of payment.
